Organizer
The American Farrier's Association (AFA) exists to further the professional development of farriers, to provide leadership and resources for the benefit of the farrier industry, and to improve the welfare of the horse through continuing farrier education.
Founded in 1986, the Farrier Industry Association provides education about the horse industry, promotes sound business through training programs, and organizes trade shows. The FIA is also a corridor for communication within the industry.
