The 2020 conference will be held on September 22-24, 2020 (Tuesday through Thursday) at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio.
Annually, the Ohio SHRM State Council sponsors a two and a half day conference in September, drawing approximately 1000 human resource professionals from the entire state of Ohio and surrounding states. The Ohio Conference Programs Committee strives each year to select a line up of first-class speakers, many nationally known, with the goal of allowing our attendees to hear and experience educational, informative and innovative speakers on a variety of topics.

The Ohio SHRM State Council is dedicated to leading, educating, and inspiring the over 12,000 HR professionals in Ohio and educating, serving as HR experts to, and positively impacting other business professionals in Ohio. Membership is made up of 51 volunteers who are elected or appointed to The Council and includes the Chapter Presidents of the 26 local SHRM affiliated chapters in Ohio.
