• Digital Strategies + Customer Analytics - This track will focus on how utilities are managing channels and using data to proactively engage with their customers, anticipate needs, inform business decisions, and improve customer interactions.

Western Energy Institute (WEI) is the premier non-profit trade association for the energy industry. WEI was formed in 2000 from two extremely well-established industry associations—the Western Electric Power Institute (WEPI) founded in 1908 and the Pacific Coast Gas Association (PCGA) founded in 1893.
WIE members receive a wide range of access to networking, education, collaboration, and training opportunities.
