The Small Giants Community Summit is a conference focusing on leadership development.
Why Attend – 2023
The annual summit is a time for the community to come together, learn from one another, and strengthen relationships.
Attendees will be able to hear the stories and celebrate the courage and ingenuity of Small Giants leaders who have gone through personal and professional transitions and use their lessons learned for both inspiration and preparation.
Participants get an opportunity to be inspired by Small Giants leaders sharing their stories and best practices for building exceptional company cultures. There are two distinct learning tracks for founders/CEOs and emerging leaders.
Throughout the Summit, there will be several coaches available for 30-minute, 1-1 speed coaching sessions on the topics of team building, strategic planning, growth and scaling, financial literacy, transparency, predictive index assessments, and open book management.
